Wellington, New Zealand — NZST/NZDT. We work New Zealand hours, so an email sent on a Friday evening gets answered on Monday.
No office to visit and no phone line to sit on hold to. Everything goes through email, on purpose — it's written down, and it gets to the person who can fix it.
