Questions people actually ask

How long is the free trial?
20 days, with the full product — every feature, no crippled trial mode. You get the seat cap of the largest plan on this page during the trial, so a whole crew can try it at once.
Do I have to put in a credit card to start?
No. Registering creates your company and starts the trial with no payment details at all. We ask for a card when you decide to carry on, and not before.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account locks to the billing page until you pick a plan, and your work orders, customers and history are exactly where you left them when you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. There is no contract, no notice period and nothing to phone anyone about.
What counts as a seat?
An active team member — anyone who can log in, office or field. Deactivating someone frees their seat immediately and costs nothing, so seasonal or contract staff do not have to be on a bigger plan all year.
What if we outgrow the seat cap?
You change plan. The price steps up to the next flat rate — it never quietly scales with headcount, and you will never open an invoice that is larger than the one you agreed to. Past 25 people you have outgrown the plans on this page, and Fleet is a conversation instead: we agree the seats and the price with you. Get in touch.
Is GST included?
No — every price on this page is excluding GST. We are a New Zealand company, so 15% GST is added at checkout and shown as its own line on your tax invoice, with our GST number on it, so your accountant can claim it. If your business is based outside New Zealand, talk to us before you subscribe — GST works differently on services sold overseas, and we would rather get your invoice right than refund it later.
Can I pay annually?
Not yet. Monthly only for now; an annual option is on the list.
We already use another job management system.
Talk to us before you sign up. Existing jobs, customers and attachments can usually be brought across, so you start with your history rather than an empty system. Get in touch.

Trial companies are capped at 25 active members — the seat count of the largest plan you can buy on this page — so a trial can't grow past something you could later pay for. Bigger than that already? Tell us how many and we'll open the trial up to fit.
